Hi Vikings!

Many of you should have viewed your Grade’s Course Selection Information Video THIS WEEK in class.  If you didn’t, please ensure that you watch the video before Monday, January 10th.  Click on the Course Selection Infographic.  Under STEP #1, click on your grade’s VIDEO. Visit the Course Selection Information webpage for more info.

NEXT WEEK (JAN. 10TH-13TH): Guidance Counsellors will be visiting your Block A Google Classrooms – please have any questions ready for us to answer and ensure that you’ve viewed your grade’s Course Selection Video.  Your Block A teacher will let you know what day Guidance will be visiting.

ARE YOU IN A ‘BLOCK A’ ESL OR ELD CLASS? If you are in a Block A ESL or ELD class, we will be visiting your classrooms in February to do course selections.  Feel free to explore the Course Selection Infographic prior to our visit.

DO YOU HAVE A ‘BLOCK A’ SPARE? If you have a Block A spare period, please visit the REC Course Selection Q & A Google Meet on Thursday, January 13th from 9:45-10AM.  Please ensure that you have viewed your grade’s Course Selection Video PRIOR to the Google Meet.

ARE YOU GRADUATING THIS YEAR? If you are graduating this year, we still need you to input your plans for next year in MyWay. Thank you!

INTERESTED IN PRE-AP/AP (ADVANCED PLACEMENT)? There is NO application or form to complete. Simply select the course on MyWay.  Pre-AP/AP courses end with a “W” in the course code.
