Hello Viking Families,

Today students who have a medical condition requiring a Plan of Care (POC), will be sent home with their paperwork.

It is important this paperwork be updated and signed, then returned to the main office as soon as possible.

If your student no longer requires a POC, please let the office know by sending an email to kelly_jacobs@wrdsb.ca

If your student requires a POC and didn’t bring paperwork home, please email kelly_jacobs@wrdsb.ca
