Welcome Back Viking Families!

This semester we will be trying to use School-Day more frequently at Waterloo Collegiate. With School-Day, you will be able to receive school news and announcements, complete permission forms and pay for various school services, products or events online. Using School-Day will help improve our communications with our families, and significantly reduce the amount of paper our school consumes.

If you have already registered for School-Day – we thank you! You will be receiving emails informing you of upcoming events and opportunities for your student(s).

If you are not registered for School-Day, please visit our school website and click on the School-Day Register button, or go to www.school-day.com, click Log In, then Register.

• Once you have made a School-Day account, you will need to add a student. Click Add Student.
• If you have your student’s OEN number (found at the top of your student’s report card and also on their timetable), click Electronic Authentication, and enter the Schoolboard (Waterloo Region District School Board), School (Waterloo Collegiate), your student’s first name, last name, date of birth, OEN and grade.
• Repeat the above process for each student in your home
