Please welcome Lea, our certified guide dog, that will be joining WCI.

Lea has been trained to work with one of our students who is hearing impaired. Whenever you see Lea in her “working vest”, please know the following:

• Assume she is working and that you should not be attempting to touch her.
• Do not try to distract Lea as she might not look like she is working but she is waiting for a sound or instruction from her handler.

We appreciate your help and assistance as Lea transitions into our school as a dog guide.
