Welcome back Vikings! If you need to change a course(s), please complete a 2019-Sept-FINAL-Course-Change-Request-Form-FIRST-WEEK-ONLY form, which is also available in the Guidance Office. 

Please note that course changes at this time are quite difficult and will ONLY be accommodated if space is available.  In particular, many grade 12 courses are FULL and course changes are not possible. We do not accommodate teacher preference requests. 

Friday, September 6th at 2:25 P.M. is the deadline for submitting Semester 1 Course Change Requests! 

Course change requests will be processed on a ‘first come, first served’ basis by submitting the “Course Change Request” form to the Guidance Office.  Guidance Counsellors will contact students if required to discuss the course change request. If the change can be made, students will be contacted to pick-up a new timetable. Please avoid emailing Guidance Counsellors regarding course change requests as we are processing changes as quickly as possible.  Regular appointment bookings will resume as of September 11th.
