Below is the process we have shared with WCI students on the Guidance Google Classrooms about the process to request a course change for second semester:

1) Pick-up a purple “Course Change Request Form” (OUTSIDE the Guidance Office in the bin)
2) Get the Form signed by a parent/guardian
3) Return the Form to the Guidance Office
4) IF WE CAN MAKE THE CHANGE: Guidance Counsellors will call you down to the Guidance Office OR give your homeroom teacher an updated timetable

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT A COURSE CHANGE REQUEST TO GUIDANCE IS: Friday, February 7th at 2:25 P.M.

***NOTE: Many courses are full and course changes CAN NOT be done at this time. Please avoid emailing Counsellors or stopping by the Guidance Office to ask about your course change request. We will be working through the requests as quickly as possible. 🙂  Thank you for your patience and good luck with this semester, Vikings!
