Hello Potential Graduates/Graduate Families,

We want to make sure that we have accurate information to communicate quickly and effectively with you when we have information about commencement.  We are asking all of our potential graduates to complete the attached Grad Survey.  Students are asked to complete this form by January 31 so that any students not with us in the second semester are able to provide us with this critical information before leaving.
