Hi Vikings!  Welcome back to WCI!  The Guidance Department has received a large number of emails and phone calls regarding course change requests. Please note that our current focus is on ensuring that all WCI students first have a complete timetable.

COURSE CHANGE REQUEST PROCESS:
If you would like to request a course change, please complete the Course Change Request Form. Note that timetable changes will be processed in priority order (where possible) as follows:

1st Priority: Students in their final year at WCI who are requesting COMPULSORY course change requests that are required for post-secondary admissions
2nd Priority: COMPULSORY course change requests
3rd Priority: ELECTIVE course change requests

NOTE: If you have all of your requested courses in your timetable, it is highly unlikely that course movement will be possible for balancing semesters.  We do not change courses based on teacher preference.

Please avoid contacting the Guidance Department about your course change request.  Students are to remain in their current courses and attend class unless they are contacted by their Guidance Counsellor.  If you are not contacted by your Guidance Counsellor by Friday, September 17th, your course change request was NOT possible.

IF A COURSE CHANGE IS POSSIBLE:
If your Guidance Counsellor is able to make a course change request, they will contact you via email about the course change. Please check your WRDSB email frequently.

Course A and B course change requests deadline: Sunday, September 12th at 11:59PM

Course C, D and Semester 2 course change requests deadline: Tuesday, September 14th at 11:59PM
