Good afternoon WCI families and caregivers.

By this time we hope that you have received either an email or a phone call from your student’s teachers.  This email should have provided an indication of the current level of achievement and other helpful feedback.

If you did not receive this information please reach out to the teachers or if you need support to reach out please call our main office and they can assist you in connecting with your student’s teachers.

I also wish to apologize for not communicating the process for progress communication sooner.  I recognize that in the time of COVID our typical pathways of communication are strained and it is even more critical that we communicate with our families.  As a parent or caregiver of a WCI student, you can always request to connect with a teacher through a phone call or Google Meet.

We will be returning to formal mid-term report cards this year, something that did not occur last year.

• Midterm Report Cards will be distributed the week of November 23rd
• Full Disclosure for Senior Courses is December 3rd
• Final Report Cards for this semester will be available the week of February 14th
