The full disclosure date is Friday, December 3rd for all Semester 1 courses. This means that if students do NOT remove a Grade 11 or Grade 12 course PRIOR to December 3rd, it will appear on their transcript. Please note that students must be enrolled in a minimum of three (3) courses each semester to be a full-time student.

Therefore, if students wish to remove a course, they are to contact their Guidance Counsellor BY THURSDAY, DECEMBER 2ND AT 2:00PM to remove a Semester 1 course. The appointment booking links for Guidance Counsellors can be found on the WCI Guidance webpage. Thank you!
