The full disclosure date is Friday, May 13th for all Semester 2 courses. This means that if students do NOT remove a Grade 11 or Grade 12 course PRIOR to May 13th, it will appear on their transcript. Please note that students must be enrolled in a minimum of three (3) courses each semester to be a full-time student.

Therefore, if students wish to remove a Grade 11 or 12 course, they are to contact their Guidance Counsellor BY THURSDAY, MAY 12TH AT 2:00PM to remove a Semester 2 course. The appointment booking links for Guidance Counsellors can be found on the WCI Guidance webpage. Thank you!
