Locker selection is finally here!!!
Please complete the following GOOGLE Form to select a locker (there is also a button on the right side of the WCI main page to access this form). You may choose your locker location. Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a submission receipt which you will need to show staff when you are called out of class to get your locker. Remember to hit SUBMIT so that you get your receipt!
A few things to note:
Lockers are the property of the WRDSB and are assigned to students for the storage of books, coats and other personal items. In accepting a locker at WCI it is your responsibility to use only the locker which you selected. Students may only request a single locker – should multiple lockers be requested, the initial selection will be honoured.
- All requests for a change of any sort must be directed to the main office.
- Keep your lock combination private – keyed locks are not permitted.
- Report any maintenance/vandalism regarding your locker to the main office.
- Keep your locker clean.
Students should be aware that WCI ADMIN may inspect any locker at any time if it is deemed necessary. To promote security, memorize your locker combination.
When choosing a locker, look for one with a GOLD key lock on it. Once this form has been submitted WCI ADMIN & Support Staff will be in contact with you. Please bring your lock with you to school each day once the form has been submitted as locker distribution may occur at any point during the school day.
