Today, students received their schedules for next year, and it’s crucial to keep in mind that they’re subject to change. This means they’re not yet set in stone, and we might make adjustments over the summer. Also, please note that we won’t be listing specific classrooms or teachers on these schedules just yet, as those details are still being finalized.

Right now, the most important thing to do is for students to carefully review their schedule to make sure all the classes they need or want are included. Students will receive their finalized timetable, which will include specific classrooms and teachers, in September.

Please note that many courses are full. Guidance is not able to make changes based on wanting a course in a different block or semester. Reaching ahead (i.e. a grade 11 requesting a grade 12 course) is not possible at this time. Please do NOT email guidance counsellors about course changes. If students need to change a course, please complete the “Course Change Request Form” in their Guidance Google Classroom. Students will only be contacted IF the course change is possible. Students will be placed on a waitlist if no space is available for their requested course change.

It’s a great idea to make any changes sooner rather than later, since appointment availability and class spaces can become limited as we approach September.
