Please be advised that the WCI main office will be closed for the summer break from Monday, July 20, to Friday, August 7.
While the physical office is closed, please note the following information regarding inquiries and registrations:
General Inquiries & Urgent Matters
- Email: The general school mailbox will be monitored sporadically. You can send your inquiries to wci@wrdsb.ca.
- Urgent Matters: If you have an urgent matter that requires immediate attention, please call the Education Centre at 519-570-0300.
New Student Registrations
If you are looking to register a student for the upcoming school year, please call 519-884-9490 (press 5520) and leave a voicemail message. We will contact you to schedule a registration appointment at the end of August.
In the meantime, please follow the steps below based on your current student status to pre-register:
- Students New to the WRDSB: Please visit Register for Programs with WRDSB to complete the online pre-registration process.
- Current WRDSB Students (Grades 9–12) Wishing to Transfer: You must connect with your current school’s Vice-Principal to request a Principal-to-Principal transfer.
- Incoming Grade 8 Students: Please complete the Student Registration form and provide the required supporting documentation to the school.
- Students new to Canada/Ontario/Waterloo Region whose first language is not English: Please contact the Welcome Centre to arrange an appointment for an assessment prior to registering with the school.
Note: We will resume regular office operations and begin returning registration calls when we reopen in mid-August.
