Blended Learning Day Information
As previously indicated, Blended Learning Days are on the following dates,
- Wednesday September 25, 2024 – Week 2
- Wednesday December 04, 2024 – Week 2
- Wednesday February 26, 2025 – Week 2
- Wednesday May 07, 2025 – Week 1
Secondary teachers will be engaging in Professional Development to support the expansion of de-streaming and single streaming. For students, these days will be similar to our Instructional Support Days, where students are not required to attend in-person, but will have learning provided through the virtual classroom and meetings with their teachers. Attendance will be taken, but in-person attendance will be optional on these days.
- A supervised study space will be available in the morning for students who wish to attend.
- Blended Learning Days are instructional days.
- Attendance will be taken so students must engage online or in person.
- ACE students will attend school with regular programming and following regular attendance procedures.
- Transportation will run at regular times

Remote – ASYNCHRONOUS Learning Students are to log-in to their class VLEs* and complete the work provided by their teachers for all of their courses. All 4 classes have asynchronous materials posted for approximately 35 min. Staff will participate in the PD session. Students may attend ACE classes and a supervised study area. |
