In lieu of a Post-Secondary Planning assembly this year, the WCI Guidance Department has created a video presentation containing LOTS of important information, whether students plan to attend college, university, complete an apprenticeship, enter the workforce or take a gap year.
We are encouraging all graduating students, as well as any interested grade 10 or 11 students, to view the video posted on their grade’s Guidance Google Classroom. Guidance plans to meet with EACH graduating student in October or November. Once your student has watched the “Post-Secondary Planning Presentation” video, please encourage them to book an appointment with their Guidance Counsellor on the WCI Guidance webpage to discuss their plans. They have the option to choose a phone call or a Google Meet. We look forward to speaking to your student!
