Even during a pandemic, things go on, including AP Exams. In May and June 2020, during the first wave of Covid19, a sizable group of Grade 11-12 Students and their teachers continued their academic focus and wrote online AP Exams.
A total of 36 students wrote 55 exams, 82 % of students achieving the Level 3 or higher coveted score. Of these 36 students, eight have been recognized for AP College Board Awards, including:
- Five of our Vikings were recognized as AP Scholars (3 exams at Level 3 or higher)
- Two of our Vikings were recognized as AP Scholars with Honor (4 exams at Level 3 or higher)
- One Viking was recognized as an AP Scholar with Distinction (5 or more exams at Level 3 or higher), and this Viking actually had 7 exams at this level!!
