Food and Nutrition seeks to explore and build upon student knowledge of healthy eating! We cook real food on a regular basis!  Students participate in weekly hands-on Food Labs where students learn to prepare their own dishes.  We learn how to follow a recipe, make healthy substitutions, we talk about food marketing, body image and explore exciting cuisine from around the world!  We host friendly food challenges such as our Dip Challenge and Cookie Lab and have a lot of fun with our Cake Boss Challenge, too! Show off your culinary skills with a summative in place of a final exam!
