Non-WRDSB Students Wanting to Register for WCI

Students who currently attend a WRDSB elementary school do not need to complete this form. This form is only for those students currently enrolled in an elementary school NOT within the WRDSB. The form will allow us to track the registration process for our Out of Board students to ensure we are able to get timely information to them.
